DMGDH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMGDH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,555 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMGDH-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFAND2B, MED8, and ATG4B. Each is linked with DMGDH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMGDH-to-partner and partner-to-DMGDH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZFAND2B grouped by DMGDH-low versus DMGDH-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMGDH→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMGDH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
