DMD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,870 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMOD2, TNS2_S102, and PPP1R12B. Each is linked with DMD in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMD-to-partner and partner-to-DMD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMD→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
