DMD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DMD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,334 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMD-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUP54, LIM2, and MED11. Each is linked with DMD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMD-to-partner and partner-to-DMD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMD→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
