DMC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,504 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RANBP1P1, YPEL3, and HIRA. Each is linked with DMC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMC1-to-partner and partner-to-DMC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RANBP1P1 grouped by DMC1-low versus DMC1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
