Across TCGA cell cohorts, DMC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,220 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mitochondrial ATP synthesis coupled electron transport, Cell cycle G2/M phase transition, and Chromosome condensation. Each is linked with DMC1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMC1-to-partner and partner-to-DMC1 results are reported.
