Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMBT1L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,062 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DMBT1L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAP1GAP, TAX1BP1_S666, and ACSS2_S30. Each is linked with DMBT1L1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMBT1L1-to-partner and partner-to-DMBT1L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DMBT1L1 versus RAP1GAP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.11.
