Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMBT1L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,467 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMBT1L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA metabolic process, tRNA processing, and RNA modification. Each is linked with DMBT1L1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMBT1L1-to-partner and partner-to-DMBT1L1 results are reported.
