DMAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,891 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC3, DEK, and SIN3A. Each is linked with DMAP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMAP1-to-partner and partner-to-DMAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DMAP1 versus SMC3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
