Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DLX4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DLX4 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher DLX4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DLX4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC, DLBC, and LGG are the cancer types where DLX4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
