DLX4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLX4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,255 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLX4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are USP39, UTP4, and WDR36. Each is linked with DLX4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLX4-to-partner and partner-to-DLX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DLX4 versus USP39 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
