DLX4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 187 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND5P27, GAPDHP56, and MRPS22P1. Each is linked with DLX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLX4-to-partner and partner-to-DLX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND5P27 grouped by DLX4-low versus DLX4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
