DLST

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLST RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,904 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLST-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBR7, YY1, and MPP5. Each is linked with DLST in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLST-to-partner and partner-to-DLST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DLST versus UBR7 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLST→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
