DLL4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,821 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLL4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LAMA4, CDH5, and LAMB1. Each is linked with DLL4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLL4-to-partner and partner-to-DLL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DLL4 versus LAMA4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
