DLL4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLL4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,168 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAPLN, NKAIN4, and PDYN. Each is linked with DLL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLL4-to-partner and partner-to-DLL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DLL4 versus PAPLN in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
