DLL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DLL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR149, OR11H6, and DEFB108B. Each is linked with DLL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLL4-to-partner and partner-to-DLL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR149 grouped by DLL4-low versus DLL4-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
