Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DLK2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DLK2 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher DLK2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DLK2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

READ, BLCA, and SARC are the cancer types where DLK2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
