DLK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,958 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TTC38, SF3B3, and CDC5L. Each is linked with DLK2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLK2-to-partner and partner-to-DLK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DLK2 versus TTC38 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
