DLK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 399 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCF1P3, RN7SL456P, and RNU6-906P. Each is linked with DLK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLK2-to-partner and partner-to-DLK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCF1P3 grouped by DLK2-low versus DLK2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
