Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLGAP5P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,604 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DLGAP5P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of phosphatase activity, Positive regulation of nervous system development, and Response to UV-C. Each is linked with DLGAP5P2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLGAP5P2-to-partner and partner-to-DLGAP5P2 results are reported.
