Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DLGAP5P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DLGAP5P2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher DLGAP5P2 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DLGAP5P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and ESCA show a favorable association.

OV, DLBC, and ESCA are the cancer types where DLGAP5P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
