DLGAP5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLGAP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,902 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLGAP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-13P, MIR1264, and MIR98. Each is linked with DLGAP5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLGAP5-to-partner and partner-to-DLGAP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-13P grouped by DLGAP5-low versus DLGAP5-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLGAP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLGAP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
