Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLGAP1-AS5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,048 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLGAP1-AS5-associated genes across cancer lineages are IRF1-AS1, BTN3A3, and APOL6. Each is linked with DLGAP1-AS5 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLGAP1-AS5-to-partner and partner-to-DLGAP1-AS5 results are reported.
