Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DLG2-AS2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DLG2-AS2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher DLG2-AS2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DLG2-AS2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and LUAD show a favorable association.

KIRC, CESC, and DLBC are the cancer types where DLG2-AS2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
