DLEU2L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLEU2L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,270 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLEU2L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL26, AGO1, and VEZF1. Each is linked with DLEU2L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLEU2L-to-partner and partner-to-DLEU2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DLEU2L versus RPL26 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLEU2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLEU2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
