DLEU2L

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLEU2L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,814 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLEU2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNFAIP3, CLDN24, and ZFP36. Each is linked with DLEU2L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLEU2L-to-partner and partner-to-DLEU2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DLEU2L versus TNFAIP3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLEU2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLEU2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
