DLEC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLEC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,495 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLEC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPO, NDOR1, and PRMT5. Each is linked with DLEC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLEC1-to-partner and partner-to-DLEC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPO grouped by DLEC1-low versus DLEC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLEC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLEC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
