DLAT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLAT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,954 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are EMP3, FPR2, and TMEM45A. Each is linked with DLAT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLAT-to-partner and partner-to-DLAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DLAT versus EMP3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
