The most reproducible DKKL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UNC119B, UPF3B, and POGZ. Each is linked with DKKL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DKKL1-to-partner and partner-to-DKKL1 results are reported.
