DKKL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DKKL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 255 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DKKL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHKB, SGSM3, and EP300. Each is linked with DKKL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DKKL1-to-partner and partner-to-DKKL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DKKL1 versus CHKB in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DKKL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DKKL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
