DISP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DISP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,621 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DISP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLA2G4C, RUNDC3A, and SNAP25. Each is linked with DISP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DISP2-to-partner and partner-to-DISP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DISP2 versus PLA2G4C in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DISP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DISP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
