DISP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DISP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 567 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DISP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLDN8, SCD5, and KIFC1. Each is linked with DISP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DISP2-to-partner and partner-to-DISP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLDN8 grouped by DISP2-low versus DISP2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DISP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DISP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
