Across TCGA patient cohorts, DISC1FP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,496 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DISC1FP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein ubiquitination, Methylation, and Protein stabilization. Each is linked with DISC1FP1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DISC1FP1-to-partner and partner-to-DISC1FP1 results are reported.
