DIRC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIRC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,618 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIRC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TGFB1I1, TIMP2, and TNS1. Each is linked with DIRC3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIRC3-to-partner and partner-to-DIRC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DIRC3 versus TGFB1I1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIRC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIRC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
