DIRAS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIRAS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,925 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIRAS3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AKAP12, AKAP12_S660, and AKAP12_T21. Each is linked with DIRAS3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIRAS3-to-partner and partner-to-DIRAS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DIRAS3 versus AKAP12 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIRAS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIRAS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
