DIRAS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DIRAS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIRAS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4X2, LCE6A, and CST11. Each is linked with DIRAS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIRAS3-to-partner and partner-to-DIRAS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4X2 grouped by DIRAS3-low versus DIRAS3-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIRAS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIRAS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
