DIRAS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIRAS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,325 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIRAS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VN1R78P, YPEL5P1, and EIF1. Each is linked with DIRAS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIRAS1-to-partner and partner-to-DIRAS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VN1R78P grouped by DIRAS1-low versus DIRAS1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIRAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIRAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
