Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, DIPK2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DIPK2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSG1L2, KRTAP9-1, and STRA8. Each is linked with DIPK2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIPK2A-to-partner and partner-to-DIPK2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSG1L2 grouped by DIPK2A-low versus DIPK2A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIPK2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIPK2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
