DIP2C-AS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIP2C-AS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIP2C-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5F1AP4, RNU1-17P, and PRAMEF7. Each is linked with DIP2C-AS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIP2C-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-DIP2C-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP5F1AP4 grouped by DIP2C-AS1-low versus DIP2C-AS1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIP2C-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIP2C-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
