Across TCGA cell cohorts, DIP2C-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,949 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DIP2C-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macroautophagy, Renal D-glucose absorption, and Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with DIP2C-AS1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIP2C-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-DIP2C-AS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Macroautophagy grouped by DIP2C-AS1-low versus DIP2C-AS1-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
