Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIP2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,120 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DIP2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF4B_S406, PMM2, and LMNB2. Each is linked with DIP2A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIP2A-to-partner and partner-to-DIP2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DIP2A versus EIF4B_S406 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIP2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIP2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
