DIP2A-IT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIP2A-IT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,496 significant associations in total. LAML shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIP2A-IT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DIP2A, NKTR, and RSKR. Each is linked with DIP2A-IT1 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIP2A-IT1-to-partner and partner-to-DIP2A-IT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIP2A-IT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIP2A-IT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
