Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DIP2A-IT1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DIP2A-IT1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher DIP2A-IT1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DIP2A-IT1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and LUAD show a favorable association.

READ, LUAD, and UCS are the cancer types where DIP2A-IT1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
