Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIP2A-IT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,189 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DIP2A-IT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AHNAK_T4100, HMOX2, and MORC3. Each is linked with DIP2A-IT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIP2A-IT1-to-partner and partner-to-DIP2A-IT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIP2A-IT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIP2A-IT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
