Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIMT1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,650 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIMT1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated transcription elongation, Regulation of DNA recombination, and Negative regulation of protein catabolic process. Each is linked with DIMT1P1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIMT1P1-to-partner and partner-to-DIMT1P1 results are reported.
