Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DIMT1P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DIMT1P1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher DIMT1P1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DIMT1P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, STAD, and KIRC are the cancer types where DIMT1P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
