DIDO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DIDO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,628 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIDO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AP1AR, COPS4, and SH2D7. Each is linked with DIDO1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIDO1-to-partner and partner-to-DIDO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AP1AR grouped by DIDO1-low versus DIDO1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIDO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIDO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
