Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, DICER1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 335 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DICER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2B3, MTRNR2L10, and OR52N5. Each is linked with DICER1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DICER1-to-partner and partner-to-DICER1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2B3 grouped by DICER1-low versus DICER1-high in URINARY_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DICER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DICER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
