DIAPH1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIAPH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,945 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIAPH1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are G3BP1, HNRNPAB, and KDM3B. Each is linked with DIAPH1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIAPH1-to-partner and partner-to-DIAPH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DIAPH1 versus G3BP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIAPH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIAPH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
