DIAPH1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIAPH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,410 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIAPH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UQCRQ, PRELID1, and PCMTD2. Each is linked with DIAPH1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIAPH1-to-partner and partner-to-DIAPH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DIAPH1 versus UQCRQ in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIAPH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIAPH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
