DIABLO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIABLO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 179 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIABLO-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF877P, BPY2DP, and RNU6-176P. Each is linked with DIABLO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIABLO-to-partner and partner-to-DIABLO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIABLO→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIABLO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
